Kirklees Police are appealing for witnesses after an attempted robbery at the home of a 63 year-old man in Dewsbury.
At around 6pm on 19 January the victim was sat in the living room of his flat on Wroe Street when two men broke into the property through the front door.
Once inside, the suspects, one of whom was carrying a knife, threatened the 63-year old, demanding money and hitting him to the head. They fled empty handed after the victim triggered his medical alarm.
Suspects are described as two white men, around 5’8-5’6″ tall who wore all dark clothing and Balaclavas. One was shorter than the other and slim, while the second was of medium build
